Pack ripping apps with sign-up offers

Rips by Triumph logo

1. Rips by Triumph

Most polished app, industry leader

Triumph has a variety of packs, starting as low as $1, with variable odds including a 50/50 option. It has by far the most polished interface, though it doesn't offer much in promotions past the new user free pack, besides earning weekly packs.

Packz logo

2. Packz

Most generous promotions, best features

Packz frequently drops promotions like "Sweat Free" packs and straight discounts, often around 30%, so it's worth turning notifications on and checking in regularly. Sometimes they even run a Sweat Free pack as a new user offer on top of the cash bonus scratcher. They have adjustable odds on some products, packs as cheap as $5, and a very nice interface that sets them apart from the Triumph clones. They've even added watch packs.

Last Pack logo

3. Last Pack

Quickest improving, highest potential pack ripping app

Last Pack just rolled out its iOS app after being mobile web only. They have Pok茅mon, One Piece and Riftbound packs, plus a multifaceted rewards system with Pack Backs, daily, weekly and monthly rewards, and rewards for daily rip streaks (unlocked with a pack purchase). Less importantly, they probably have my favorite pack opening animation, which feels like a roulette wheel.

MintPull logo

4. MintPull

Most underrated pack ripping app

It's a bubbly, lo-fi interface reminiscent of a Game Boy game, but MintPull has generous deposit offers, like deposit $35 and get a free daily $1 pack for 7 days, or deposit $200 and get a $10 pack for 7 days, which help your expected value. There's also a rewards calendar to earn free packs, and some truly novel features like a "merge" that burns 1-cent energy cards into $1 packs.

SAJA logo

5. SAJA

New kid on the block: a Triumph clone with power-ups and promos

One of the many Triumph clones, but a polished one. Its unique offering is paid "power ups" to improve grail chances or get insurance, plus more promos.

Tilt Rips logo

6. Tilt Rips

Best app for thrill seekers

Tilt Rips leans into the gamification of pack ripping, so it's geared more toward thrill seekers than collectors. The app is brightly colored and a bit overwhelming, but it has a lot of unique features like chat and Discord linking, and its collection page is more advanced than most other apps.

Pullz logo

7. Pullz

Bread-and-butter Triumph Rips clone

Very much a clone of Triumph Rips, but you can't go wrong with a free starter pack, and it's pretty polished as far as these interfaces go.

Stadium Vault logo

8. Stadium Vault

Basic but well-made app with cheap packs

Stadium Vault has been advertising a ton, has its own app, and has lots of pack categories and price ranges, with packs as cheap as $1. They're also experimenting with features like "mystery picks" and leaderboards.

Packed logo

9. Packed

Solid app that keeps adding features and promos

Packed seems to be investing heavily in its product, and I keep seeing improvements. You can earn extra cash back on deposits through promo codes in the app's rewards section. It doesn't stand out in any one category other than how polished it is.

LETSGO logo

10. LETSGO

Underrated, with a rewards calendar

LETSGO's interface is a little sloppy, but they've added a 7-day rewards calendar like MintPull and have Pok茅mon and basketball packs at different price ranges, plus the benefit of being an app rather than a web page.

FastRips logo

11. FastRips

Another Triumph clone, with a decent offer

Fast Rips is a fine app in the Triumph clone category, but beyond using its new user offers, it doesn't give much reason to use it over the others.

CrownCards logo

12. CrownCards

Great interface with a daily rewards calendar

One of the most underrated of these apps, along with MintPull. It has a daily rewards system, and it offers not only trading card packs but also purse, sneaker and watch packs. A deposit is required for the new user offer.

Slab Dynasty logo

13. Slab Dynasty

Solid all-around app with great deposit and withdrawal tracking

Slab Dynasty has a variety of sports and pack types and lets you adjust the risk (payout curve) on a pack, which is nice. The cheapest packs are $25, which is tough.

Trove logo

14. Trove

Best up-and-comer, creative features

Trove feels like its own unique pack ripping app and recently added novel features like pack ripping "battles," plus its own currency, Trove Cash. A snappy, nice user experience. They occasionally run 10% off packs with code TROVE10.

15. Rip Rush

Fun product with a rough interface

Rip Rush is a funky one, with a worse interface than almost all of these, but a fun aesthetic if that matters to you. For the first several days after signing up (I've seen it vary between 7 and 14), you get a free pack each day. Withdrawal had no issues.

16. Arena Club

Collector-oriented pack ripping app

Arena Club is a big player in the space, though I feel newcomers have surpassed it at understanding what pack rippers want. Its features revolve around collecting, so if you're a collector or want a more established app, it's a good place to start. They're also rolling out a rewards program for pack purchases. The promo code rotates, and it's a basic discount.

17. Gotya

Viable, but proceed with caution

Web only. Gotya has both bonus currency and real deposited dollars, and transactions take from the bonus cash first, which makes profiting from pack sales much harder. I was satisfied overall thanks to their giveaways, wide variety of packs and generosity, and getting a free pack to start is great. They successfully shipped me my card. Just understand their currency system before treating a win as withdrawable cash.

18. Packs.com

Browser-only, with a deep TCG catalog

Packs is a browser-only pack ripping site, but it offers a free starter pack and dozens of TCG options, including niche categories like The Hobbit. One warning: Packs uses "coins" for purchases, and these can't be withdrawn as cash.

19. Grails

Wild design, deep pack catalog, no cash withdrawals

Grails is an absolute acid trip of a site. If you can navigate the chrome and neon menus, you'll find a very deep pack offering, though it's token-based (Amps), so there's no cash withdrawal. Still, with the free daily packs from the welcome offer, you can build up enough Amps to have a lot of fun ripping without investing much.

Other pack ripping apps

Courtyard

A quality app from a leader in the space, with few promos

Courtyard is one of the industry leaders, with over 35 pack categories at different prices. They don't market a sitewide new user offer, but you can sometimes find promo codes for a "no sweat" 100% buyback. It also lets you collect daily points that can eventually be exchanged for packs, though it's a very slow climb. No current new user offer.

ClutchPacks

A Triumph clone without a use case?

I try to keep these reviews balanced and not based on personal results, but ClutchPacks was my least favorite of these, both in app functionality and pull experience. Your mileage may vary. No sign-up promo available.

Underdog Rips

Untested: a legacy gaming company enters pack ripping

Underdog's packs are listed under "Games" in the Underdog app. Secondary features like this often aren't as nice, but it comes with the same polished interface as the rest of Underdog. No current offer besides Underdog's own.

Collectibles Repackz

Untested: solid experience with decent buybacks

Decent buybacks, and you can sometimes get a 100% buyback (versus the typical 90%) as a "Sweat Free" first pack. There's also a daily wheel for site currency, though it's a long, lucky climb to anything you could exchange for a pack. No current new user offer.
